In Tantra, the vagina is a
sacred part of the female body. The word for vagina in Sanskrit is
Yoni, which means "sacred space" or "sacred temple."
It is to be treated with respect and great care. The Yoni massage is
a sensuous form of intimacy that builds trust between partners and
can encourage emotional and spiritual peace within your whole being.
Although
the Yoni massage can be extremely stimulating, the purpose is not to
bring the receiver to orgasm. Rather, it is to relax the receiver and
to bring emotions to the surface. Unlike modern sexual activity,
there is no pressure to achieve climax. The focus is entirely
on relaxation without trying to reach a goal, although orgasm is often achieved during this part of the massage
and should and can form part of the overall experience.
If at any time during the massage you achieve an orgasm, it is your choice whether or not to continue. Many women find that continuing
with the massage produces several orgasms, each with increasing
intensity. In Tantra, this is called "riding the wave." If
you wish to avoid orgasm, breathing deeply and relaxing as
much as possible can help to at least postpone climax.
To
prepare for the massage, the bladder of the receiver should be empty
and it also helps if the genital area has little or no
hair because it makes for closer skin contact. We only perform the
massage when you have a good deal of time and will not be rushed.
Ensure that there is no possibility of interruption.
The
yoni massage can only be given as part of a full sensual massage as
it is essential that we begin with other parts of the body
to encourage relaxation. I gently but firmly massage your legs,
thighs, stomach, breasts and arms before venturing toward the
vagina.
Each step of the
massage should be done slowly, gently and for at least a few minutes
at a time.. .
With
the right hand (the right hand is used to balance the polarity of
Tantra), I massage the outer lips of the genitals, commonly
known as the mound. With thumb and index finger, I gently
squeeze each lip of the Yoni, sliding fingers up and down the
entire length of each lip. Then, I carefully repeat this
process with each inner lip of the vagina varying the pressure
and speed of the touch.
I
then begin to gently
stroke the clitoris in a circular motion, clockwise and
counter-clockwise. Next, gently squeezing the clitoris between
thumb and index finger.
Then,
a middle finger is inserted into the Yoni. Much time is spent
inside the vagina exploring and massaging. Varying the speed and
depth of the finger, feeling inside the Yoni up, down and around.
With finger and palm pointing upward, I then bend the finger
to make contact with the G-spot, known as the "sacred
spot" in Tantra. Other options during this step include
stimulating the clitoris with the thumb and gently inserting a
pinky (little finger) into the anus while the middle finger remains
inside the Yoni.
The
yoni massage continues for some time and can include gentle kissing
of the labia and clitoris. It is important that you fill out the
information page if you require this part of the massage as this is
both very intense and highly intimate and some ladies prefer
boundries whereas others are happy to receive the entire experience.
Again it is important that clients understand that although this
part of the massage is highly stimulating and sensual it is not a
prelude to sex. Also if at any time clients feel uncomfortable with
the Yoni massage you can simply say Stop and I will do so straight
away.
